EduCardia meeting in Suceava

EduCardia meeting in Suceava

Our project’s fourth in-person meeting recently took place at Stefan cel Mare University in Suceava, where we focused on assessing the impact of the EduCardia methodology in strengthening students’ social and emotional skills across K-12 schools. This gathering provided a valuable opportunity for all team members to review the program’s progress, analyze its effects, and share insights from participating schools in Greece, Spain, Romania, and Cyprus. Each regional team brought forward their findings and shared practical experiences, helping us gain a more comprehensive view of EduCardia’s positive impact on students’ development in social and emotional competencies.

In addition to reviewing the program’s outcomes, we had in-depth discussions on ways to enhance teacher resources and make EduCardia even more accessible and effective for educators. Moving forward, our team is highly committed to further improving our ICT tools, including the EmoSociograms and EduCardia’s SEL Activities repository, to ensure teachers have engaging, easy-to-use resources that align with modern classroom needs. Each EduCardia partner is dedicated to creating targeted activities that foster social and emotional growth, addressing the diverse needs of today’s students and helping to build inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Looking ahead, we’re also working on refining teacher training materials, aiming to deliver clear guidance that educators can readily integrate into their classrooms. With continued effort, we aim to strengthen the EduCardia approach, making it adaptable and impactful for both students and teachers alike. A big thank-you to Stefan cel Mare University for hosting us in such an inspiring venue—it was the perfect setting to recharge and refocus our team as we advance the EduCardia project!
